definitely need to ensure you have 24Volts going in.

I would check to make sure you have 24 volts running through the system because if the sensor gets a reading below 24v it will go into shutdown, check power at the batteries an alternator.

I am grateful for your information and I would like to know if there is a scan tool available that I can perches to do the calibration and what is the cost

The throttle position sensor needs to be calibrated in the engine ECM. Duty cycle from the TPS should be no less than 7% at idle and not over 92% at full throttle. Then, the TPS calibration in the engine ECM should be 2% higher at low idle and 2% lower at full throttle. This assures engine will idle at programmed low idle speed and reach programmed high idle.

I work with Grand bahama ship yard we have a lot of water jet blast pumps build by flow international and I always have throttle signal code saying abnormal throttle signal and then pump shut down what can be the probable cause it use the c9 cat engine
