Obviously you will notice water/oil in the exhaust manifold, because once seat insert is broken coolant will enter in to combustion area.Engine oil will be contaminated with coolant.
You need to inspect following
1.Cylinder head require replacement.
2.Piston & liner require replacement.
3.Con rod bearing require replacement.
4.Complete inspection of exhaust manifold, remove debris.
5.Turbocharger nozzle ring inspection, turbine blade inspection for any damages.
6.Engine oil & oil filters require replacement.

I am from India, we operate 21.5 MW gas based power plant Nagapattinam,Tamilnadu.Valve break at stem is very common problem in CAT 3520,3516 and other similar series engines. we have two CAT 3520 Engines and both have run more than 72000 hours of operation. we have experienced valve breaks few times on both engines, recenetly few days back due to valve break, extensive damage was happened to Piton, liner and cylinder head was copletely distorted, fortunately turbocharger was affected.
Unfortunately CAT dealer GMMCO denies such failures in other part of world, they say such failures happening only on our engines.
