# Variable speed fuel consumption research

Signed up to forum to see if any info was available to be shared on fuel performance diesel engines. I'm working a thesis involving trade exploration of a novel transmission component that enables two degree of freedom use of an engine's fuel map. I have a very limited library of diesel fuel maps and all but one are too small to be value added to my work. I'm working with under limited academic resorces and timelines and was hoping someone can point me to a couple of representative fuel maps (or their original data charts) illustrating (with values)  BSFC-RPM-power functional relations of large (>1MW) med/hi-speed engines. Thanks.
