Obligatory not a mechanic, but it sounds like a fuel supply issue.  How cold is it where you are?  If you are in a colder climate, your fuel might be gelling up, if it is, you will need to use some diesel anti-gel.  Secondly I would check is the small inline filter between the tank and the lift pump.  If that is plugged, then you might run for a little then stall out.  If it isnt either of those, I would check the lift pump itself, if you take off the top cover of the lift pump, there should be a small screen in there that could get plugged as well.  If none of that is the issue, then I would call your local dealer and talk to the service guys.  Sorry I cant be of more help.  I live in MN, its cold as hell here and I am basing my answer off of what is common here.

The throttle cable and battery have been changed recently.

My 242B2 cat skid steer is having trouble running. It turns over and runs briefly but dies shortly after! Any suggestions??
