I have seen a few posts regarding engine temps. I have a pair of 3196 CAT's in a 540 Searay Sundancer. I keep the boat in the Bahamas most of the time where the water temps a higher than avarage. In the last two years I have had my temp alarm go off on my starboard engine when I run the engines at 1850 rpms. Once I lower the rpms down to 1800 the alarm shuts off within 30 seconds or so. I have cleaned the innercoolers with a barnicle buster solution, replaced the impellers and the sea strainers are clean. Any thoughts?
