This is also dependant on whether you are utilising the Engine start/ crank function and E stop in the ADEM ECM. If these functions are being controlled by another controller then they will need to be held low (connected to digital return)

At the ADEM ECM P1 40 pin connector the the pins are 13 - ECS Start/Stop /Run 1 and 14 -ECS Start/Stop /Run 2 (both of these wires are joined together and should always be in the same state) , 8 - Estop 1 and 19 - E stop 2 (both of these wires are joined together and should always be in the same state) and 19 - Digital Return

OK, I guess it's a non-Cat generator with neither EMCP or EMCP+. Looks like pin 8 is for remote shut-down and 29 is digital return. 13,14, and 19 are unused on gensets. Hope that helps.

Need genset serial number, not engine serial number.
