Ofcouse scada parameters you read only when connect to dse module : 1) you have to connect (hard wire) to DSE on PC. 2) Start DSE configuration file. 3) Connect (soft) to module dse. 4) read configuration from module dse. 5) read SCADA parameters "on-line".
6) check AVR % signal from dse?
If you dont know how to read scada parameter on-line, i can send foto if you want. But first you have to be sure what you can connect to dse module.

Is it open only when connecting to module?
